RATES
School-year tutoring (prices valid through May 31, 2026):
$150 for a one-hour online session.
$295 for a one-hour in-person lesson at select locations in the Twin Cities.
School-Year Package (10 hours): $1450 for ten hour-long lessons that are used from September through May. School-year packages expire on May 31, 2026. There are no refunds for unused lessons. Email Margaret at info@twincitiestestpreptutor.com to purchase a package.

Summer tutoring (prices valid June 1, 2026 – September 18, 2026):
$180 for a one-hour online session.
Core Prep (10 Hours): $1700 for a summer package of 10 one-on-one online lessons. Includes 3 months of GrammarChops and MathChops Premium (or equivalent digital learning platform), Google doc for organizing test prep resources and tracking progress, and customized homework after each lesson. Summer packages are designed to be used during the summer/peak season, which runs from June 1, 2026 through September 18, 2026. Credits for package lessons that are not used during the summer/peak season may be applied to lessons through December 31, 2026. There are no refunds for unused lessons.

POLICIES
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: There are no refunds for cancellations, but lessons may be rescheduled an unlimited amount of times. Students must give a minimum of 24 hours notice from the start of their scheduled lesson time to reschedule a lesson without penalty. This includes shortening lesson time. If 24 hours notice is not given, full payment for the lesson is due.
LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY TERMINATION POLICY: Fees are calculated according to the scheduled time agreed upon in advance by the tutor and student. No adjustment to fees shall be made for time lost due to late arrival by the student or early termination of sessions by the student. Absent any communication from the student, the tutor will wait fifteen minutes from the time of the scheduled session for the student’s arrival before considering that session cancelled and therefore subject to cancellation fees (the cost of the lesson as scheduled).
